- With the part in front of you, match your part using measurements, finish and other reference points shown in catalog line drawings.
- Make good notes of the desired parts and part numbers numbers.

- Complete all details / requests for desired part info - ship to address etc. and receive a quote within 24/48 hours.

- Take several good pictures of replacement parts and the windows / doors they go on.
- Try to include any old stampings / markings etc. and a picture or two with a ruler / tape for size references.
